Terms of Service & Bespoke Protocol

1. Bespoke Commission & Pattern Drafting

Every bespoke garment crafted by iSmart Fashion World is drafted from a unique individual paper pattern engineered to your 30+ anatomical measurements. When you initiate a commission, our master cutters allocate fabric and bench artisan hours exclusively to your order.

• Measurements recorded in person at our Ilorin atelier or via our guided virtual measurement protocol are confirmed prior to cutting.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements during virtual consultations. Minor adjustment allowances (up to 2 inches) are built into all side seams.

2. Fabric Sourcing & Heritage Aso-Oke

We source authentic Swiss voile damask, handloom Aso-Oke, French illusion lace, and pure Italian wools. Because genuine Aso-Oke is handwoven on traditional wooden looms in Nigeria, minor organic variations in weave texture, dye saturation, and metallic thread gleam are authentic hallmarks of artisanal craft.

3. Production Turnaround & Shipping

Standard bespoke production requires 10 to 14 business days from final measurement confirmation and fabric approval. Bridal and complex wedding couple suites require 14 to 21 business days.

• Nigeria Doorstep Delivery: Handled via trusted express couriers with tracking.
• Worldwide Express Delivery: Shipped globally via DHL Express (UK, USA, Canada, Europe, UAE). Any local customs duties or import taxes imposed by international destination authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Deposit & Payment Policies

Bespoke commissions require a minimum 70% commitment deposit prior to textile procurement and pattern drafting. The remaining 30% balance is payable upon final fitting approval or prior to DHL dispatch.

5. Alteration Guarantee & Cancellations

We stand by our tailoring standards. In the rare event that a bespoke garment requires post-delivery balance adjustments:

• We provide complimentary alteration adjustments if reported within 7 business days of garment delivery.
• Because bespoke pieces are custom-cut to individual body measurements, completed commissions cannot be returned for cash refunds once fabric cutting has commenced.
